New World Island Academy
The Entrepreneurship 3209 Class at New World Island Academy, a public K-12 school based in Summerford, NL, are the minds behind Give Marketplace, an initiative which keeps used items out of the landfills and puts them back in the closets of students and families in the community through a thrift store located at the school. After just one month, over 1,000 pieces of clothing had been re-homed. The project has been a great help to students, families, and the environment!
